Za’atar Croissant


  • 1 can of refrigerated croissant dough
  • 1/2 cup of Palestinian zaatar mixed with 1/3 cup of Palestinian extra-virgin olive oil

The preparation:

Open the package and unroll the croissants on a cookie sheet.

Take a small spoon and spread some zaatar mixture on each croissant.

Bake for 12 minutes or until the croissants are golden and the fragrance wafting from the oven is so irresistible you know you won’t wait one more minute to inhale them.
